I met a new vendor as I play with multi always on game vault! He was the only one I could cash app today as well!

So I deposited fifteen and lost, and did another ten and ran it up to $107! I was getting a 100% bonus on each deposit, which isn't unusual when you're a new customer; however, you have to have four times the deposit amount to cash out! So I tell him to cash the hundred out and keep the seven as a tip, and he blocked me! I'm gonna show you the whole conversation and the cash app deposits!

I guess I'm going to not play anymore and show everyone what will happen sooner or later using any of these online casinos for entertainment!

It's entertainment because you lose way more than you win, but sometimes you win, and it's that little rush that keeps you coming back! This has made me hate these casinos because they allow people like this to represent their company and not fix it for customers that actually enjoy the app!

Yesterday(08/26/2024) I was playing on the game vault platform on the Wheel of Fortune game . I had deposited $50 through an agent of Golden Palace named Sarah Walker.

My funds had been depleted to $3.80 and i took a 2 hour break from the game due to frustration of losing again. Logged back in started playing the same game as before and my winnings jumped to an amazing $228 in a matter of 30 minutes increasing my bet each time I received a bonus spin on the look up phase of the game until I was betting $4 a spin which got me to the $228 point then while I was playing a pop-up screen appeared and it read" user logged in on another device" the screen went blank for a few seconds and I was back on the login screen . Since I had checked the remember me box I was able to rapidly log back in and almost as soon as I was back in the screen went blank same as before the same message appeared and I was back at the login screen .I did this 4 times in quick succession and then I noticed $71 was gone from my account balance of the $228 I had won. I immediately opened a the messenger window to my loaders (Sarah Walker) page and told her I wanted to redeem all the funds on my Game Vault account, & sent it.

Then immediately told her to hurry because I suspected that someone was stealing my funds. Several minutes passed and no response followed by a few more messages from me and still no response so I used messengers phone option to call her and no answer . Finally after nine minutes she responded asking if I wanted the $ 47 that was remaining on it. I stated that when I had asked to redeem on my first message my balance was at $147 and that sum was already depleted $71 before all the messages and logging off *** had started.

I told her she needed to find out where my funds were and she stated that there was nothing she could do she only loaded my funds onto the platform . She then several times rudely insinuated that this type of thing always happened when people lost they're money. She said that I was making this all up I was a liar. And she couldn't help me further.

I demanded an account of how my money was depleted spin by spin so I could see when and where at what time and whose cash app account my funds had been redeemed to. She sent me 1 page of generic spin info showing bets of 10 cents, a total of about 20 spins with my account # listed and the game # but no dates were on it and none of the betting was anything accurate of the $1 to 4 dollars I had been wagering per spin. I become infuriated talked to my friend that had referred me to Sarah Walker found out she worked for Golden Palace ,found them on Facebook , messaged them and was told that Sarah had sent me an account statement per my request and there was nothing they could do due to the fact that they clearly had seen that she was at no fault for my money disappearing. Told them to $#@& ?!%!

And logged back into my Game Vault account hoping to see all this was some bad mistake to see my account was now at $ 0. The $ 47 dollars that she had asked me if I wanted to redeem was also gone. After several attempts at messaging her about the $47 and no responses I called it a day and left it alone until I wrote this review. These scummy *** felching,gutter drinking low budget *** ni hustle having thieves need to have their eyes poked from the sockets and need a phat *** inserted and repeatedly need to be skull $#@?!%!!!

If anyone has contacted a lawyer and started any litigation please feel free to contact me @ clineerich011@***.com so I can join in . Also I am willing to join or file on my own any criminal complaint or any complaint to any agency that can stop these *** . Any info would be appreciated .

Ive been playing some off and on for a couple weeks . Several times i would be winning and get kicked iff and my password woukd be changed.

I overlooked it a couple times and then it got worse. Never once have i tried to cash out til yesterday. When doing so i was meet with i have to win 7 x my deposit. I said i was never told that never really told any rules .

Well i meet the seven x deposit they said i had to pay 30 dollar fee to get my money! Seriously ! Game vault you should ban these people from your platform. They are scammers period !

I have proof of all this. Pictures are just from yesterday.

Ive always been paid from other platforms Im not blaming Game Vault whatsoever. They have done nothing wrong except to allow Blue Diamond Casino to use there games.
